The Procurement & Supply Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, and clinic supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes coordinating with suppliers, maintaining stock records, monitoring inventory levels, preparing procurement documentation, and ensuring timely availability of essential medicines and supplies while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

• • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Pharmacy, or a related field
• • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory coordination
• • Experience in healthcare procurement, pharmaceutical supply, or medical inventory management will be an added advantage
• • Strong organizational, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills
• • Good attention to detail in documentation and stock management
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory tracking sheets, and basic accounting documentation
• • Good communication and teamwork skills
