The company is in the Marine Engineering Industry in Sri Lanka. We specialize in a wide range of marine operations and have built a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and reliability. As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to enhancing our marketing efforts, we are looking out for two dynamic and result-oriented Management Trainees (Marketing) to join our team and be groomed to climb up the management ladder based on value addition to the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in direct communication and marketing activities with ship owners, brokers, agents, and service managers.
Manage and grow digital platforms including website and social media channels.
Develop and maintain customer contact databases for effective and efficient communication
Attend on-site marine jobs to collect content and gain hands-on knowledge of company operations.
Coordinate with digital marketing partners to execute promotional strategies.
Adopt proactive strategies to seek business opportunities.
Provide end-to-end customer support from job inquiry to job completion.
Visit and build relationships with customers both locally and overseas
Candidate Profile:
Energetic, young male candidates
Master Divers
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or related field from a recognized university or institute.
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
Good interpersonal skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
