The Assistant Manager / Manager – Retail Operations will be responsible for overseeing and driving the operational performance of multiple retail outlets. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, sales performance, customer experience, and compliance with company policies. The position requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and effective stakeholder management to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced FMCG retail environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Proven experience in retail operations or retail management
- • Strong leadership and people management skills
- • Experience in FMCG, food, or branded retail environments will be an advantage
- • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to manage multiple outlets and drive operational discipline
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $under 25000
