Job Description
The Human Resources Executive will support the daily HR and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes handling payroll processing, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, managing attendance and leave records, and supporting employee communication and HR policy implementation. The position also involves assisting management with administrative coordination to ensure smooth operational and HR functions within the healthcare facility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in the healthcare or service sector will be an added advantage)
- • Knowledge of HR processes including payroll administration, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
