Group Financial Controller at Gamage Recruiters (PVT) LTD in COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (full-time)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Controller to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the group.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, or ACCA) or Master’s degree preferred

Minimum 8+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role

Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting standards

Experience in the FMCG or Dairy industry will be an advantage

Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analytics tools

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
