Group Financial Controller at Gamage Recruiters (PVT) LTD in COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (full-time)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Controller to lead and oversee the organization’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving financial performance, supporting business decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the group.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• • Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, or ACCA) or Master’s degree preferred

• • Minimum 8+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role

• • Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting standards

• • Experience in the FMCG or Dairy industry will be an advantage

• • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analytics tools

• • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
