The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for patients and visitors. The role includes welcoming patients, handling registrations, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, maintaining patient records, and supporting administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient front office operations within the healthcare facility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- • Previous experience in a reception, front office, or customer service role (healthcare experience will be an added advantage)
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office systems
- • Ability to handle patients professionally while maintaining confidentiality
- • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
