Job Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and developing the customer service function to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing service teams, improving service processes, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver efficient after-sales and customer support operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Academic qualification related to Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 6 or above).
- • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- • Hands-on experience in inventory handling and showroom management will be a strong advantage
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $under 25000
