Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Planning and managing accommodation suppliers in the Seoul
    Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growth
    Negotiate the best contracting conditions with suppliers and contract renewals
    Acquiring new portfolio
    Negotiating campaigns and improving allotment availability
    Monitoring the differentiated product reaches the maximum results.
    Ensuring hotel content are up to date
    Analyze and identify trends and opportunity
    Conduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliers
    Review rates comparison

    Requirements

    Eligible to work in South Korea
    Good leadership
    Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
    Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
    Well organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
    Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    Good computer applications skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel).
    Excellent general cultural knowledge
