    Key Responsibilities:Planning and managing accommodation suppliers in the SeoulLead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growthNegotiate the best contracting conditions with suppliers and contract renewalsAcquiring new portfolioNegotiating campaigns and improving allotment availabilityMonitoring the differentiated product reaches the maximum results.

    Ensuring hotel content are up to dateAnalyze and identify trends and opportunityConduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliersReview rates comparison


    Requirements

    Eligible to work in South KoreaGood leadershipAbility to work independently as well as within a team.

    Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.

    Well organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.

    Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    Good computer applications skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel).

    Excellent general cultural knowledge
