Roles / Responsibilities:
The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of IT operations, combining hands-on technical depth with leadership skills to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology services. This includes server hardware, networking, cloud services, endpoint security, and leading a team of desktop engineers. This also includes:
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Oversee site network (firewalls, switches, router, MPLS, internet links).
• Patch management and endpoint protection platforms.
• Support ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other IT audits with documentation and evidence.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, and system documentation.
• Report KPIs on uptime, ticket closure rates, and patch/security compliance.
• Manage ISP, telecom, hardware, and software vendors; ensure SLA adherence.
• Act as site IT liaison with enterprise IT leadership for strategic initiatives.
• Manage Dell PowerEdge servers: installation, upgrades, firmware updates, RAID/storage configuration, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Administer Windows Server roles (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Monitor server performance, capacity, and health proactively.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, spares management, and vendor support contracts are in place.
• Monitor compliance of endpoints
• Oversee desktop engineers in delivering timely support for users.
• Drive user satisfaction through proactive desktop health checks and feedback.

Domain Skills:
Active Directory & Domain Services
• User/group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), organizational units.
• AD replication, domain trust, DNS/DHCP integration.
• Password policies and account lockout troubleshooting.
Server / Server Hardware
• Dell PowerEdge servers (iDRAC, RAID, firmware, storage).
• Patch management for servers and endpoints.
Networking
• Oversee site network (firewalls, switches, router, MPLS, internet links).
Endpoint Management
• Trellix endpoint security: Troubleshooting, deployment, reporting
• Patch management tools: deployment, reporting, compliance.
• Imaging and deployment of desktops/laptops.
Security & Compliance
• IT security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS awareness).
• Backup and recovery processes.
• Log monitoring and escalation of suspicious activity.
Collaboration with HQ IT
• Aligning site configurations with enterprise IT policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• CompTIA Security+ or similar
