    Our company is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team, as a full-time
    Customer Service Specialist in the digital cryptocurrency ATM sector.

    Customer Service Specialist

    Responsibilities:
    • Support for Slovenian - speaking customers. This includes all forms of
    communication, such as telephone calls, chats, emails and text messages. providing
    clear and up-to-date information on the progress of their cases,
    • Handling refunds,
    • Creating customer profiles and adding transactions to profiles,
    • Supporting our marketing team with basic tasks such as: translating marketing materials
    etc.

    Requirements:
    • Native Slovenian language
    • Good spoken and written English (min. B1)
    • Independent and well organized
    • Experience in customer service or administration
