Responsibilities:
- • �� Support for Slovenian - speaking customers. This includes all forms of
- • communication, such as telephone calls, chats, emails and text messages. providing
- • clear and up-to-date information on the progress of their cases,
- • �� Handling refunds,
- • �� Creating customer profiles and adding transactions to profiles,
- • �� Supporting our marketing team with basic tasks such as: translating marketing materials
- • etc.
Requirements:
- • �� Native Slovenian language
- • �� Good spoken and written English (min. B1)
- • �� Independent and well organized
- • �� Experience in customer service or administration
