AML COMPLIANCE OFFICER at Dust on Crust in Remote (part-time)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to work part time hours, as an AML Compliance Officer for our digital cryptocurrency ATM business in Slovenia.

• • Qualifications and Requirements

• • Resident of Slovenia
• • B2/C1 English Level, C1 Slovenian Level
• • Min. BA University Degree ( preferred fields of study – Finance, Law, Banking)
• • Good knowledge of internal AML policies and familiarity with MiCA regulations will be an advantage.
• • Must have no criminal record
• • Be able to work independently and take initiative, as the job will require liaising with operators
• • Available to work flexible hours

Key Responsibilities

• • Representing the company before the Slovenian authorities, reporting suspicious transactions and filling out all the report required by the regulator
• • Monitoring the transactions and conducting analysis in order to detect any unusual patterns and possible money laundering activities
• • Evaluating high-risk customers
• • Assisting with the implementation of any new AML procedures and training the team in accordance to these procedures
