Job Description
- • Построение финансовой службы “с нуля” / Build the financial function from scratch
- • Финансовое моделирование и подготовка бюджета запуска проекта / Financial modeling and budgeting for project launch
- • Организация системы управленческого и бухгалтерского учета / Organize management and accounting systems
- • Разработка системы внутреннего контроля и учета затрат / Develop internal control and cost accounting systems
- • Построение системы бюджетирования и контроля исполнения бюджета / Create budgeting and performance control processes
- • Контроль за движением денежных средств и управление ликвидностью / Manage cash flow and liquidity
- • Участие в переговорах с банками, инвесторами, лизинговыми компаниями / Participate in negotiations with banks, investors, leasing companies
- • Финансовая отчетность для собственников и инвесторов / Prepare financial reports for owners and investors
- • Формирование и развитие команды (бухгалтерия, фин. аналитики и др.) / Form and develop the finance team (accountants, analysts, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Высшее образование (финансовое, экономическое) / Higher education in Finance or Economics
- • Опыт работы на позиции финансового директора или зам. финдиректора от 5 лет / 5+ years of experience as CFO or Deputy CFO
- • Обязателен опыт в промышленном производстве / Experience in industrial/manufacturing companies is mandatory
- • Опыт построения финансовой функции с нуля или участия в запуске новых производственных проектов / Practical experience in building finance functions or launching new production projects
- • Знание управленческого, бухгалтерского и налогового учета / Strong knowledge of management, accounting, and tax systems
- • Владение Excel, 1C, BI-системами / Proficient in Excel, 1C, BI systems
- • Стратегическое мышление, высокая самоорганизация и ориентация на результат / Strategic mindset, high self-organization, and result orientation
