Job Description
- • Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
- • Manage spa bookings and scheduling
- • Process payments and maintain accurate records
- • Support day-to-day reception duties to ensure smooth operations
- • Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements & Qualifications
- • No prior experience required – training provided
- • Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
- • Able to commit to Friday–Sunday, 8 hours/day
- • Basic computer skills (preferred but not required)
- • Positive attitude and team player
- • Must be Singaporean or PR
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $under 25000
