Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
- Manage spa bookings and scheduling
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support day-to-day reception duties to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Able to commit to Friday–Sunday, 8 hours/day
- Basic computer skills (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must be Singaporean or PR
