The role:
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused International Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the overseas education journey, offering expert counselling, and helping them find the right programs and institutions to meet their academic and career goals.
Role responsibilities:
Provide high-quality counselling to students seeking overseas education opportunities.
Understand students\' academic background and preferences to offer personalized guidance.
Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed sales or enrolment targets set for the role.
Maintain accurate student records and follow up in a timely manner.
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and education fairs/events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Prior experience in student counselling, education services, or a client-facing role is preferred, especially in the international education space.
Overseas study experience and/or prior counselling experience is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with students and parents.
High resilience and ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
Quick learner with a passion for continuous improvement and client service excellence.
Strong team player who aligns with corporate culture and values the international education industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English, both written and verbal.

What we offer
Salary- The salary range is 10000-15000 CNY per month
Benefits:
• 5 days Annual Leave - with one day added to the annual leave for each subsequent year. (*Employees must complete the current employment year to receive their entitled annual leave. This leave is prorated if the employee has not worked for the full year, and the allocated annual leave will be available at the start of the following year in our HR system.)
