Job Description
Dome Development & Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in overseeing hotel construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex, large-scale hospitality developments, ensuring that all aspects of construction are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee and manage all phases of hotel construction, from groundwork through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Maintain detailed construction schedules, tracking progress against key milestones, and adjusting timelines as necessary to avoid delays.
• Work closely with the Technical Manager/Engineering Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction activities align with technical designs, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Leverage experience in hotel construction to address the unique challenges of hospitality projects, such as ensuring compliance with brand standards, high-quality finishes, and timely delivery of guest room and common area components.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring work quality meets project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues or delays.
• Facilitate clear communication between all relevant project stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards and regulations, addressing potential risks.
• Address on-site construction issues as they arise, providing solutions and mitigating risks to keep the project on track.
Requirements
-10+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a minimum specific experience of 5 years dedicated to hotel construction projects (International Brands).
-Strong background in managing construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards, with a focus on delivering hotel projects.
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Preferred Requirements
-Prior experience working with international hotel operators such as Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton, or similar, with a focus on delivering luxury finishes and adhering to brand standards.
-PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications in construction project management.
-Familiarity with Autodesk Revit or Navisworks, BIM software (is a plus) to collaborate on design coordination and clash detection.

LEED Certification Processes
MS Office Suite (Advanced skills in Excel & PPT for data analysis)
ERP & EDMS Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics/Odoo/ SharePoint)
Strong Understanding of Safety Regulations & Compliance.
Familiarity with FIDIC or Other Contract Management Standards
Problem-Solving and Team Management Abilities
Exceptional Communication (English is Mandatory & Arabic is a plus)
