• • A Lisbon-based project focused on the city’s dog-friendly culture is looking for an SMM Specialist! ?

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and creating content about them — someone who can help us turn ideas and expert materials into full-fledged, beautifully designed content.

• • You’ll be managing our social media in close collaboration with an expert whose materials you’ll be adapting.

Responsibilities:

• • �� Collaborate with the expert: discuss content vision, topics, and formats.
• • �� Develop content structure: video scripts, story sequences, and storytelling logic.
• • �� Communicate and coordinate with the team.
• • �� Organize and oversee shoots: create shot lists and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• • �� Adapt expert texts into Reels, Stories, and posts.
• • �� Edit Reels or prepare scripts and briefs for the video editor.
• • �� Design and publish content (both visual and written), and maintain the posting calendar.
• • �� Reply to basic comments and DMs (the expert will handle complex questions).

What we’re looking for:

• • �� Based in Lisbon or able to come to the city regularly (you’ll need to attend shoots).
• • �� Fluent in Russian
• • �� Confident working with English-language text.
• • �� Ready for a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
• • �� Basic blogging skills — understanding how to make content that people watch and read, not scroll past.
• • �� Strong visual sense — aesthetic story layouts, readable carousels, and consistency with the brand style.
• • �� Love for dogs ❤️

Work format:

• • �� 4 hours per day (remote).
• • �� Full day and on-site coordination on shoot days.
• • �� Close collaboration with the expert and team (illustrators, editors, photographers).

• • Salary is discussed individually with each candidate.
