Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Implement client relationship management programmes to engage clients and obtain support.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through new business development and strong customer engagement.
Follow up with leads to increase potential client base.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to optimize product positioning and strategy.
Interpret clients’ overall business cycle to support the identification of clients’ current and future business needs.
Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage.
Provide post-sales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings.
Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
Contribute in key activities and milestones in technology implementation projects.
Requirements
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling medical device and injectable products to healthcare professionals in Cambodia market. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales.
Experience in medical aesthetic and injectable products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Pleasant disposition and positive.
