    Salary Offer: 40,000 – 100,000 (depending on the position level)

    BPO experience is required for the role.
    For candidates outside location, yes, we can process them as long as they willing to work onsite either in Clark or Tarlac.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    This position demands a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, in depth product knowledge, and mastery of effective coaching techniques. The incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:
    • Mentor and develop team managers/leaders with a focus on enhancing their sales coaching proficiency.
    • Implement and oversee rigorous training programs designed to elevate the skills and performance of sales representatives.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of sales performance data to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Optimize lead targeting methodologies to maximize conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.
    • Meticulously track campaign ROI and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with operations teams to identify and execute on opportunities for enhancing conversion rates.
    • Drive the adoption of data-backed decision-making processes across all sales teams.
    • Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and accountability.
    • Regularly assess and refine coaching techniques to ensure alignment with evolving market dynamics and company objectives.

    • Technical acumen, experience in information security systems or technology
    • Proven Sales Leadership & Coaching Experience, in outbound sales
    • Strong Track Record of Exceeding Targets
    • Analytical, Data-Driven Decision-Making Abilities preferred.

    Proven Sales Coach experience in a BPO setting (non-negotiable).
    Outbound Sales experience in a BPO environment (non-negotiable).
    Hands-on experience in the creation and facilitation of learning courses specific to sales (required).
    Candidates without direct Sales Coach or outbound sales experience will not be considered
