Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter Lead with a proven track record of consistently generating high-quality sales opportunities within the US market.
The ideal candidate brings at least 8 years of appointment setting and outbound sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting teams. You will be responsible for developing outbound strategies, managing performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings for our sales organization.
- • This is a fully remote, full-time leadership role collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- • Sales Development Strategy
- • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting US-based decision-makers
- • Build scalable appointment-setting processes and outreach frameworks
- • Optimize lead generation channels including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and sales automation platforms
- • Ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments for the sales team
- • Team Leadership
- • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of appointment setters and SDRs
- • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and coaching frameworks
- • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance evaluations
- • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team
- • Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- • Qualify prospects based on defined ICP and sales criteria
- • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting discipline
- • Collaborate with sales executives to improve conversion rates from meeting to close
- • Develop best practices for prospect engagement and objection handling
- • Analytics & Optimization
- • Monitor outreach effectiveness, appointment conversion rates, and pipeline quality
- • Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements
- • Leverage sales intelligence tools and market data to maximize results
- • Track team productivity and forecast pipeline generation targets
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • 8+ years of appointment setting, sales development, or outbound B2B sales experience
- • Minimum 3 years of experience leading SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting teams
- • Demonstrated success generating appointments within the US market
- • Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and prospecting frameworks
- • Expertise in CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, technology, AI, or e-commerce solutions
- • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms
- • Experience managing distributed international teams
- • Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales cycles
