Job Description
Conduct requirements workshops, analyze and document business requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- • Manage requirements in Azure DevOps and ensure alignment with project documentation standards.
- • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- • Define and document business processes, propose solutions, and present to stakeholders.
- • Ensure seamless communication across business users, IT, and development teams.
- • Manage bug fixes, and validate test scenarios with QA teams.
- • Work across business, vendor, and technical teams on system integrations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- • 0+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- • Experience in banking, accounting, or financial services (minimum 5 years).
- • Strong background in business process design (7+ years).
- • Proven QA and IT application testing experience (5+ years).
- • Familiarity with project management lifecycle, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI.
- • Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices and vendor management.
- • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Mandaluyong.
