Senior Business Analyst at Coveted Human Resource Services Ltd in Mandaluyong, Philippines (full-time)

Conduct requirements workshops, analyze and document business requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• • Manage requirements in Azure DevOps and ensure alignment with project documentation standards.

• • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

• • Define and document business processes, propose solutions, and present to stakeholders.

• • Ensure seamless communication across business users, IT, and development teams.

• • Manage bug fixes, and validate test scenarios with QA teams.

• • Work across business, vendor, and technical teams on system integrations.

• • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business, Accounting, or related fields.

• • 0+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• • Experience in banking, accounting, or financial services (minimum 5 years).

• • Strong background in business process design (7+ years).

• • Proven QA and IT application testing experience (5+ years).

• • Familiarity with project management lifecycle, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

• • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI.

• • Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices and vendor management.

• • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• • Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Mandaluyong.
