Lead Generation Specialists (LinkedIn & Meta)We are looking for experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is focused on generating quality leads through LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms, as well as handling cold outreach and data extraction.

RequirementsProven experience in LinkedIn & Meta lead generation.Strong background in data extraction and list building.Hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.Ability to conduct cold outreach professionally and effectively.Excellent written English communication skills (a must).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Job DetailsSalary: Up to PKR 60,000 – 65,000 (based on experience).Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).Days: Monday to Saturday.Location: Strictly office-based in Johar Town, Lahore.This is not a remote role.Candidates must be willing to work onsite daily in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and Meta platforms.Perform data extraction and build targeted prospect lists.Execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, messages, proposals).Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to acquire new clients.Write and send compelling proposals with excellent written English skills.Track, maintain, and update lead pipelines in CRM or spreadsheets.Collaborate with the sales team to hand over warm leads and ensure smooth follow-ups.
