Job description
ESPO Consulting & Engineering Co. is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer or Architect currently based in Oman to support our business development and project coordination activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional and business relationships in Oman
- Identify and follow up on construction and renovation opportunities
- Attend meetings with clients and business partners
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and ESPO’s technical team
- Support negotiations and follow up on potential projects
- Contribute to ESPO’s business development activities in the Omani market
Requirements
- Currently residing in Oman
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Oman
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Native or fluent Persian (Farsi) speaker
- Excellent command of English, especially for communication and negotiation
- Familiarity with construction, renovation, and project execution
- Good knowledge of the Omani construction market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow up on projects independently
