Job Summary:Our client, a reputable medical and diagnostic center, is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Officer (Level 1) to perform routine laboratory tests, support diagnostic accuracy, and ensure adherence to laboratory standards and safety protocols.Responsibilities:Conduct routine laboratory analyses, including hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry tests.Collect, label, and process samples accurately following standard procedures.Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.Record and report test results promptly and accurately.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.Support senior laboratory scientists in complex testing and research activities.
✅ Requirements
Minimum Qualification:•Associate/Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria•Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree•5 years post-internship experience OR 3 years post-internship experience with Shell Health and excellent performance record•Certificates in Quality Management, Biosafety, and Infection Prevention and Control required
