Job Description
Responsibilities:
- • Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities and staff performance.
- • Conduct advanced diagnostic tests in hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry.
- • Review and validate test results before submission to physicians.
- • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure reliability.
- • Implement and monitor internal quality control and assurance procedures.
- • Train and mentor junior laboratory personnel.
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- • Manage laboratory documentation, records, and inventory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • �� Associate/Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
- • �� Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree
- • �� 5 years post-internship experience OR 3 years post-internship experience with Shell Health and excellent performance record
- • �� Certificates in Quality Management, Biosafety, and Infection Prevention and Control required
Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: $100000-125000
