Laboratory Officer Level 2 at Kenex Konsults International in LAGOS, Nigeria (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities and staff performance.

• • Conduct advanced diagnostic tests in hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry.

• • Review and validate test results before submission to physicians.

• • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure reliability.

• • Implement and monitor internal quality control and assurance procedures.

• • Train and mentor junior laboratory personnel.

• • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• • Manage laboratory documentation, records, and inventory.

• • �� Associate/Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
• • �� Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree
• • �� 5 years post-internship experience OR 3 years post-internship experience with Shell Health and excellent performance record
• • �� Certificates in Quality Management, Biosafety, and Infection Prevention and Control required
