Our client, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Ancillary Medical Services Officer to coordinate and oversee non-clinical healthcare support services such as laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and physiotherapy units to ensure seamless and efficient patient care delivery.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily operations of ancillary departments.Ensure timely delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic services.Monitor staff performance and maintain high-quality service standards.Liaise with clinical departments to support patient management and service efficiency.Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment within assigned units.Maintain records and prepare periodic operational reports.Implement compliance with hospital policies, safety, and regulatory standards.Assist in developing and executing improvement plans for service delivery.Requirements:B.Sc./HND in Health Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital operations or ancillary service coordination.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and service protocols.Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.
