Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a proactive Admin / Business Support and Logistics Officer to oversee administrative functions, coordinate logistics, and provide operational support to ensure smooth business operations and efficient resource management.Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.Coordinate logistics and transportation of personnel, goods, and materials.Maintain accurate records of company assets, fleet, and inventory.Support procurement activities, vendor relations, and supply chain processes.Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Assist management in planning and executing business operations and projects.Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely task completion and workflow efficiency.Monitor budgets and support cost-control initiatives.Requirements:B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or logistics operations.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics or ERP software.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

HEALTH BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is between $ 150.000 - $175.000
