Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a proactive Admin / Business Support and Logistics Officer to oversee administrative functions, coordinate logistics, and provide operational support to ensure smooth business operations and efficient resource management.

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a proactive Admin / Business Support and Logistics Officer to oversee administrative functions, coordinate logistics, and provide operational support to ensure smooth business operations and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of personnel, goods, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, fleet, and inventory.
  • Support procurement activities, vendor relations, and supply chain processes.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist management in planning and executing business operations and projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely task completion and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets and support cost-control initiatives.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics or ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
