Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual styling and design services to online customers via chat, email, or video.
• Use in-house or third-party 3D design software to create space plans and mockups.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to recommend products that align with the customer’s taste and space.
• Build custom room packages and design kits using the brand’s furniture and decor catalog.
• Offer product selection guidance, including dimensions, finishes, and styling tips.
• Help improve the user experience by gathering customer feedback and optimizing design tools.

Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects (virtual or in-person).

Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, or Canva).

Ability to interpret floorplans and client briefs.

Excellent communication, time management, and remote collaboration skills.

Knowledge of current design trends and furniture sources (Wayfair, IKEA, West Elm, etc.).
