Join our growing e-commerce home decor brand as an Online Interior Designer, helping customers visualize and bring their dream spaces to life through digital design tools and personalized consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide virtual styling and design services to online customers via chat, email, or video.
- • Use in-house or third-party 3D design software to create space plans and mockups.
- • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to recommend products that align with the customer’s taste and space.
- • Build custom room packages and design kits using the brand’s furniture and decor catalog.
- • Offer product selection guidance, including dimensions, finishes, and styling tips.
- • Help improve the user experience by gathering customer feedback and optimizing design tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- • Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects (virtual or in-person).
- • Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, or Canva).
- • Ability to interpret floorplans and client briefs.
- • Excellent communication, time management, and remote collaboration skills.
- • Knowledge of current design trends and furniture sources (Wayfair, IKEA, West Elm, etc.).
