Job DescriptionPosition: Remote Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Remote / Work from HomeJob Type: Full-time / Part-timeWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional mannerResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and finding the best solutionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systemsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessaryFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesStay up to date on product knowledge and company updatesDeliver a high standard of service and represent the company in a positive way
Requirements
Position: Remote Customer Service Representative-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)-Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (remote experience preferred)-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-Stable internet connection and a quiet home working environment-Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems, email, chat, and support tools-Strong time management and ability to work independently-Customer-focused mindset with empathy and problem-solving skills-Multilingual skills are a plus (especially English, French, German, or Spanish)-Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings depending on the shift-Ability to handle stressful situations and high-volume inquiries with professionalism
