Desktop Support at Quattris Global in Rotterdam, Netherlands (full-time)

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer* to join our team in Rotterdam. This role involves managing IT devices, processing work and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate records in the Asset Management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock audits and update the Asset Management system.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records, reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Process device requests by picking, packing, and preparing orders for end-user delivery or shipping.
• Inspect, verify, and document hardware issues on returned devices.
• Perform clean-up and reimaging of devices before returning them to stock.
• Record and track all activities, issues, and solutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of IT devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals, and networking equipment).
• Proficiency with Asset/Inventory Management systems and ticketing tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

Bachelor Degree in IT or relevant field
