Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer
- to join our team in Rotterdam.
This role involves managing IT devices, processing work and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate records in the Asset Management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock audits and update the Asset Management system.
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Process device requests by picking, packing, and preparing orders for end-user delivery or shipping.
- Inspect, verify, and document hardware issues on returned devices.
- Perform clean-up and reimaging of devices before returning them to stock.
- Record and track all activities, issues, and solutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of IT devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals, and networking equipment).
- Proficiency with Asset/Inventory Management systems and ticketing tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
