Male Barista at Divine Kathmandu Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal (full-time)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Male Barista to join our team at Divine Kathmandu Hotel, Thamel – Paknajol, Kathmandu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage drinks to guests.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
• Handle dishwashing and bar equipment properly.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of coffee, beverages, and related supplies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Age 22 years and above

Minimum 1 year of work experience as a barista

Good knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and service techniques

Strong skills in hospitality and guest service

Ability to handle dishwashing and cleanliness of bar area

Minimum +2 / Intermediate level education (preferred in Hotel Management or related field)

Good communication skills and professional appearance

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Competitive salary (Rs. 16,000 – Rs. 20,000 based on skills & experience)
