Job Description
- • Oversee daily logistics operations and supervise staff.
- • Plan, manage, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- • Track and monitor shipments using GPS and maps.
- • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fleet performance, and inventory.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- • Prepare and analyze logistics reports using Excel and other tools.
- • Resolve transport and delivery issues promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in logistics management or related role.
- • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, fleet, and route planning.
- • Proficiency in GPS navigation, map reading, and logistics tracking tools.
- • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (professional certifications are an added advantage).
