Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle project management: from pre-development and concept to commissioning and handover to investors;
  • Ensuring quality, timelines, budgeting, and resource efficiency at all stages;
  • Managing both internal teams and external contractors (design, construction, supply);
  • Coordinating collaboration between departments: architecture, legal, sales, documentation;
  • Representing the project in communications with investors, partners, real estate agencies, and local authorities

Requirements & qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education in construction, architecture, project management, economics, or business administration;
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a construction or real estate development company;
  • Strong leadership skills in managing people, processes, and finances;
  • Hands-on experience with business plans, feasibility studies, budgeting, and project documentation;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to operate in a multitasking environment and take full responsibility for project outcomes;
  • Fluent Russian – both written and spoken (negotiations, documentation, and international communication);
  • Proactive leadership, stress resilience, and organizational talent.
