- Online Store Management
a) Oversee daily operations across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
b) Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations.
c) Update SKUs, promotions, and content promptly to support new product launches and campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
a) Analyze sales performance, user behavior, and traffic sources to identify opportunities for growth.
b) Optimize conversion rates, ROI, and customer retention through data-driven strategies.
c) Prepare regular performance reports on KPIs and campaign results.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Planning
a) Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to health supplement industry consumers.
b) Manage paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and social media promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Customer Service & Experience
a) Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across e-commerce and social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
b) Enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through excellent service and support.
- Market & Competitor Research
a) Monitor competitor activities and health supplement industry trends.
b) Provide actionable insights to strengthen product offerings, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Salary range
RM 4,000 – RM 5,500 per month

Requirements & qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing Health Supplement products online.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Strong understanding of beauty and skincare trends, products, and consumer behavior.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective promotional activities.
