About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Cantonese-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position requires flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, chat) in Cantonese and English.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and empathetically.
Support customers with orders, billing inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed service level targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay up-to-date with company products, promotions, and processes.
Requirements
Fluency in Cantonese and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficiency with customer service tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
