- • About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Cantonese and English to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Cantonese-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position requires flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities
- • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, chat) in Cantonese and English.
- • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- • Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and empathetically.
- • Support customers with orders, billing inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting.
- • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- • Meet or exceed service level targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- • Stay up-to-date with company products, promotions, and processes.
Requirements
- • Fluency in Cantonese and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- • Proficiency with customer service tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
