About the Role
We’re looking for passionate Hong Kong nationals to join our Customer Service team supporting a leading video-based social media platform. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team based in Kuala Lumpur, assisting users through chat, email, or call while ensuring a high-quality experience.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with customer-facing experience who want to grow their career in a global service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely support to users from the Hong Kong market.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and issue escalations via chat, email, or phone.
Deliver exceptional service quality while maintaining platform integrity and user satisfaction.
Communicate effectively in Cantonese and English (B2 level).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or policy-related issues.
Contribute to team initiatives for service improvement and user engagement.
Requirements
>Hong Kong nationals only (visa sponsorship provided).
>Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant customer service or content moderation experience is an advantage.
>Proficiency in Cantonese and English (minimum B2 level).
>Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
>Open to relocation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salary
The salary range for this position is between $ 225.000-$250.000
