What You’ll Be Doing:
- Get to know clients and understand their needs, goals, and concerns
- Offer clear, helpful information and guide clients toward suitable solutions
- Build long-term relationships through regular communication and check-ins
- Keep accurate records and assist with basic administrative tasks
- Participate in team training, workshops, and meetings to improve your skills
- Stay informed about updates that affect our services and how we support clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or individuals new to the workforce — no prior experience needed
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Motivated, responsible, and open to feedback
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
