    ● Get to know clients and understand their needs, goals, and concerns
    ● Offer clear, helpful information and guide clients toward suitable solutions
    ● Build long-term relationships through regular communication and check-ins
    ● Keep accurate records and assist with basic administrative tasks
    ● Participate in team training, workshops, and meetings to improve your skills
    ● Stay informed about updates that affect our services and how we support clients

    What We’re Looking For:
    ● Fresh graduates or individuals new to the workforce — no prior experience needed
    ● Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
    ● Friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people
    ● Eager to learn and grow professionally
    ● Motivated, responsible, and open to feedback
    ● Able to work both independently and within a team
    ● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
