A Plate Fitter (Workshop) share complementary roles in fabricating, assembling, and installing steel components for industrial and construction projects. The Plate Fitter works primarily in a workshop environment, preparing, cutting, shaping, and assembling steel plates to precise specifications while adhering to technical drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. Role require precision, alignment, and a commitment to safety to ensure successful project execution.

• • �� Fluent in English or Russian to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and project teams.
• • �� Proficient in MIG/MAG welding and capable of performing high-quality tack welds on steel components.
• • �� Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure precise fabrication.
• • �� Experience with steel fitting and assembly, including working with structural steel plates and components in both workshop.
• • �� Proficient in working to strict tolerances and ensuring all fabricated components meet dimensional and quality standards.
• • �� Attention to detail is crucial for accurate fitting, welding, and alignment of components.
• • �� Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in either plate fitting (workshop) , ideally in construction, industrial, or heavy fabrication sectors.
• • �� Familiarity with handling large, heavy materials and performing precise structural assembly tasks.
• • �� Strong commitment to safety regulations and procedures, with an ability to work in high-risk environments.
• • �� Must adhere to health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• • �� Must hold a valid driving license and be able to travel to job sites as required.
• • �� Capable of working in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy materials.
• • �� Skilled in using workshop tools and equipment (e.g., plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, grinders, drills) for fabrication and assembly.
