As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven **Regional Sales Head** to lead business growth across Europe and the Middle East.
- • Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of building revenue pipelines, winning enterprise accounts, and leading regional growth initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, managing key client relationships, and expanding Desert Digital\'s market presence across Europe and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate has significant experience selling digital, marketing, technology, SaaS, AI, e-commerce, or consulting solutions and has successfully led regional sales efforts in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- • Regional Growth Strategy
- • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- • Identify high-growth markets, industries, and customer segments across Europe and the Middle East.
- • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- • Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
- • Engage C-level executives and key decision-makers across target organizations.
- • Drive new customer acquisition while maximizing revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Build strategic alliances and channel partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
- • Team Leadership
- • Mentor and support sales professionals, SDRs, and business development teams where applicable.
- • Establish performance metrics, sales processes, and best practices.
- • Foster a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
- • Client Relationship Management
- • Develop long-term trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize client success and retention.
- • Market Intelligence
- • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- • Provide market feedback to leadership and contribute to product and service positioning strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- • Minimum **8+ years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in digital services, technology, SaaS, marketing, consulting, AI, or e-commerce sectors.
- • Minimum **3+ years leading a regional sales function**, preferably covering Europe or the Middle East.
- • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- • Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and high-value contracts.
- • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and modern prospecting methodologies.
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
- • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- • Existing network across Europe and/or Middle East markets.
- • Experience selling agency services, digital transformation solutions, AI services, SaaS products, or enterprise technology solutions.
- • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- • Experience working in remote and globally distributed organizations.

Base Salary: **€90,000 – €120,000 annually**
