Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Country Manager to lead our expansion in LATAM. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success managing partnership and/or affiliate b2b sales teams within the FX/CFD, crypto or broader fintech industry. You will be responsible for driving local growth, building and leading a high-performing team, and executing business development strategies with a focus on local partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute business development strategy for the LATAM market
- • Build, manage, and mentor a local team focused on sales and/or client retention
- • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in LATAM
- • Collaborate with global marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and optimize funnels
- • Report on KPIs, team performance, and market insights to senior management
Requirements & Qualifications
Requirements:
- • Proven experience managing teams of sales or retention (mandatory)
- • Deep knowledge of the LATAM market and local business culture
- • Experience in FX/CFD brokerage, prop trading, or fintech is highly preferred
- • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- • Fluency in English (mandatory)
- • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
