Key Responsibilities:

• • Advise clients on travel options (flights, hotels, packages, visas).
• • Plan and book customized travel itineraries.
• • Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
• • Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• • Experience in travel & tourism or sales preferred.
• • Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus.

• • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
