Hostess at Hamdan Global LLC in Riyadh & Jeddah, KSA (full-time)

We are looking for an elegant, friendly, and professional Hostess to join our fine dining restaurant. The Hostess is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, luxurious, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Welcome guests warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.

• • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.

• • Ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house team and management.

• • Answer guest inquiries regarding menu, restaurant policies, or special requests.

• • Maintain the hostess station and overall appearance of the entrance area.

• • Provide exceptional service and ensure guests feel valued and attended to.

• • Handle guest complaints or feedback with grace and professionalism.

Requirements:

• • Previous experience as a Hostess in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• • Professional appearance and confident demeanor.

• • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• • Knowledge of table management software or reservation systems.

• • Familiarity with high-end dining etiquette and standards.

• • Positive attitude and a guest-first mindset.

• • Previous experience as a Hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality
