Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of intelligent automation solutions, including Workflows, Chatbots, and IVR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering customer-facing and internal automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- • �� Lead end-to-end implementation of business process workflows, AI/ML-driven chatbots, and IVR systems.
- • �� Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- • �� Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, Twilio, Genesys, Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Microsoft Power Platform].
- • �� Create and optimize complex workflows for efficiency, automation, and user experience.
- • �� Oversee the integration of chatbot and IVR solutions with backend systems, CRMs, and third-party platforms.
- • �� Ensure proper configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of solutions.
- • �� Act as the technical SME and provide hands-on support in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
- • �� Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, system designs, and configuration guides.
- • �� Ensure that all implementations meet enterprise security, compliance, and quality standards.
- • �� Mentor junior developers and implementation specialists as needed.
- • �� Stay current with emerging technologies in the automation and conversational AI space.

Required Qualifications:
- • �� Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- • �� 5+ years of experience in technical solution design and implementation.
- • �� Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, chatbot platforms, and IVR systems.
- • �� Experience with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- • �� Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.
- • �� Proven experience implementing chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, or similar.
- • �� Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys, Twilio, Avaya, or Cisco Contact Center.
- • �� Knowledge of NLP and conversational design principles.
- • �� Experience with CI/CD and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:
- • �� Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Genesys Cloud Certification, etc.)
- • �� Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- • �� Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management tools.
- • �� Experience with analytics platforms and performance monitoring of chatbot/IVR systems.
