    Requirements

    ・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)・5–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS・Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing complex deals・Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills・Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce・Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
