Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • ・Identify and qualify new leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • ・Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs
  • ・Manage the full sales cycle and drive deals to close
  • ・Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • ・Deliver compelling demos tailored to client pain points and business goals

Requirements & Qualifications

  • ・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • ・5–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS
  • ・Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing complex deals
  • ・Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
  • ・Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • ・Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Salary & Compensation

Annual Salary: $75000-100000
