Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    ・Identify and qualify new leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
    ・Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs
    ・Manage the full sales cycle and drive deals to close
    ・Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
    ・Deliver compelling demos tailored to client pain points and business goals

    Requirements

    ・Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
    ・5–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS
    ・Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing complex deals
    ・Native-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
    ・Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce
    ・Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
