Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for engineers with a real passion for technology to join our Support team at our office in Tokyo. The Support Engineer will respond to customer enquiries and troubleshoot issues to provide high levels of customer service.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
The Role
Taking ownership of all incidents, service requests and queries from start to resolution.
Prioritising and categorising faults promptly.
Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed and build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Hybrid working style after successful probation.
Training opportunity available at UK headquarters.
The Person
Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM, Computer Science related subject or applied services.
Fluent Japanese and English speaker.
Good experience of delivering customer service.
Great communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
